GCafe Timer Server is a central management application for internet cafés and gaming centers. Running on the cashier or back-office PC, it connects to client workstations over the local network to control sessions, pricing, and access. Staff can start, pause, or end paid and free sessions; lock or unlock PCs; apply pricing profiles; and monitor real-time status and remaining time across all machines. The server records transactions, supports prepaid or postpaid billing, and generates reports on usage, revenue, and occupancy. Depending on configuration, it may also handle inventory and snack sales, print tracking, user memberships, remote restart/shutdown of client PCs, and automatic updates. By consolidating control and reporting, GCafe Timer Server helps venues reduce manual work, prevent unauthorized use, and deliver consistent, trackable service.
